Who is David Small?
From a very young age, Small has been exposed to many opportunities of architecture and custom homes, as both his father and grandfather were custom home builders. He was inspired by revolutionary designers such as Frank Lloyd Wright, and so Small earned his Bachelor of Architectural Technology degree at Ryerson University and completed his Masters of Architecture from the State University of New York. His strong design sensibility and work ethic-coupled with a deep-seated love of his craft-have resulted in more than 30 years of industry success.

In their portfolio, you can tell that a lot of thought has been put into these ideas since they have many drawings and floor plans that you are able to explore on your own. I find that very interesting and a well thought out idea since you are able to see the building process.
I think a great aspect of their website is the fact that they have a very wide range of designs, from very modern century homes to homes that seem as though they are 100 years old. You are able to see multiple projects that the company has worked on, and there is a very wide range of designs that will be sure to find one design that is right for you. I think that something that could be improved is the way that they lay out how one is able to explore each house and building, as it can get quite messy and overall may seem a little cluttered.
